The salesperson, Alan Chan, was very helpful with getting the Honda Civic we wanted and even fought for the colour white. It was very easy going and no stress involved. I would really be interested in purchasing again at this dealership

I leased a Honda Accord sports from the Roadsport Honda. The sales personnel Mohammed Zilani is a awesome person, knowledgeable, cooperative friendly. I am glad that I choose the right dealer ship for my car shopping. Everything was excellent but, I should have $1700 discount from the base price which I originally negotiated at the first time.

Not that appreciative of service advisers hustling for upsells when my car is fine with the packages. Not happy that the complimentary car wash requested and fluid top up is not available or been difficult to follow up on after many service appointments and a previous big job. The reputation is consistently satisfactory each time I go to Road sport in that there may not be much of a difference in offerings compared to other Honda dealerships service centers. I am still awaiting a few complimentary car washes that should be easy to book and done. I am not happy that the service check I paid for that was a special, that when it was done, the following week there was another special indicating there was a FREE service inspection check for my particular car. I ended up only with the Roadside assistance one year which was great, but very disappointed that it was not mentioned then that the service check would be offered the week right after. I ended up doing a big job costing me ON TOP of the service vehicle inspection. As well, the advisor indicated because I did the full inspection recently, that the freebie would not be necessary. I feel that I should get a free full vehicle check up component in lieu of the one in which I arrived early in the morning, they didn't want to do it again to save time .
