The agent, Charles Chan was very professional and we enjoyed doing business with him. He was knowledgeable. The financial manager on the other hand was quite rude. He had an angry demeanor and was short tempered when speaking with my daughter and I. He seemed upset when we turned down the extended warranty.

The lease experience was great, the sales helped me in getting a reduced lease rate, and no issues upon picking up the vehicle. I would definitely lease from Roadsport again.

Charles was fantastic during my whole car-buying experience. He gave me so much information and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me a great price. Buying a car from him was a pleasant experience. I would recommend him to anyone.
