I had an oil change and the customer service rep, ( Cameron Nestor), pointed out that I needed some new windshield wipers. Top Notch polite customer service!!

I took my car to the collision department to get it fixed. They did awesome job. The only thing is. On their website it says that they are open until 6pm. It doesn’t say that the collision department is closed at 5pm. I get there and find this out. I drove 45 minutes to get the car. Good thing there was a guy there and he helped me find my keys and got me on my way back home. Just need to put on the website that the collision department closes at 5pm.

Our collision centre aims for perfection every time so we are grateful that our service met your expectations Marvin. As to hours of operation: we have numerous departments with varying hours of operation so the display is in the form of a drop down menu to choose the department hours. I will check with our website provider and see if it is possible to have it default to the department page hours. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and thank you for your review.
