I purchased my vehicle brand new there (And my family members do )and always take there my vehicle for oil change and maintenance. They called me back in January/February 2025 for a fuel pump recall and I booked an appointment to have it replaced. The day I picked my vehicle it was making a rattling and very annoying noice. I called them and told them. They asked me to bring the vehicle for a diagnostic, they charge me $200 and told me the noise was cause by ice and they dealt with it. As soon as I picked the vehicle the noise was still there, nothing changed. They did nothing. I was pissed , called them and told them. They asked me if i could bring the car back. I was too tired and went home. Since then , I called several times, was told someone will call me back and no one ever did. I sent them emails and they ignored me. Awful customer service. Once they take your money, they dont care about you as a customer. I will never ever buy a vehicle from them. They damaged my car, took my money and ignoring me. I will take them to small claim court and advice anyone to avoid dealing with the Crown Group

I had a fantastic experience at Winnipeg Honda! All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially my advisor, Colton. He was easy to reach and always quick to answer my questions. The team took the time to clearly explain everything, walking me through exactly what I was paying for and outlining all my options. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I will definitely be recommending this dealership to others in the future.
