Horrible service. took three days for them to even reply to a simple inquiry about warranty and coverage. Have a dead battery in a car that we purchased just over a year ago from them.... they claim they test all of their batteries to make sure they are good (which they clearly did not) OR they put a "new battery" in the vehicle. batteries shouldnt die after a year, especially if they claim they test them and/or put new ones in before a sale. Tested the battery myself and it came back reading 50 CCA.... that wont happen after a year of driving sorry.... clearly they sold us a car without checking the battery, or they checked it (as they claim) and still sold a car with a depleted battery to us. cant recommend to anyone due to lack of attention in service and giving us a dud of a battery that died after barely a year. even tried charging it.... but the battery was so old it cant hold anything. I dont appreciate the dishonesty and lack of communication.

I was standing in service lounge with my wife when I was approached by a bigger Jolly fella. He goes "I got to tell you, you look very happy and that smiles contagious" and honestly no ones really ever said that to me before, I actually wasn't having a great day and my wife made a funny comment and that's why I was smiling. We ended up talking and he said he was actually brand new on the job doing sales. It's little things like that can brighten up someone's day and I hope he can keep that good attitude for a long time, it's always nice to see people at work that aren't robots and are enjoying what they do. you never know what kind of day someone's having and sometimes just those small words and comments can turn someone's day a bit brighter. Thanks Nick and best of luck with your new career!

This review is specifically for the service advisor who put me on the spot in front of a lobby full of waiting customers. Instead of simply asking to speak with me privately, she brought out the aftermarket cabin filter I had installed just two weeks earlier and called me out for it in front of everyone. It was embarrassing and completely unnecessary. Because of how unprofessional and disrespectful that was, I won’t be returning — I don’t want to be put in that situation again. As a loyal Honda customer for more than 10 years, this the worst experience I’ve had.
