We had an excellent experience purchasing our first new Honda Pilot Touring. Great service! I brought my Civic in for a recall service. I received reminders which I appreciated. I got immediate attention from one of the service people. They provided a good time estimate and organized Uber transportation to get me home. Contacted me when my car was ready, and again organized my ride back to the dealership. I’ll start off with some positive, salesmen was a nice guy. Checked out a Honda that was just traded in. Had all the classic issues wrong with it. The vehicle was serviced at this place for its lifespan. They would safety it for us upon the sale of vehicle. Had a couple things wrong with it ; exhaust system was all rusted, ac not working. We looked up the vehicle and a year ago they “fixed” the ac; and it was already broken. So they said they’d fix it again- which meant fix it enough so it would work and break again, so I lost all faith in the techs that were gonna safety this car. There was electrical tape holding the block heater cord, smashed up parts just in the vehicle. Had a booster sitting in the vehicle, had scratches and dings on the vehicle that was “repaired” by assuming the previous car owner which looked amateur hour. Now most of this is no fault of the dealership, but to sit there and have no negotiations on price is mental. I know dealerships do terrible trade in prices, and then making money hand over fist when they sell them. And I know after sale any problems the dealership will wipe their hands clean; I know how these people operate; and looking at bad reviews in the past 3-4 months that’s exactly what’s happening. Will this review make a difference, definitely not. But here’s my dazzling one star review.
