Service could improve a lot, it was hard to understand their accent and they were dismissive, almost demeaning when we shared our personal information.

SEE SIMLAR REVIEWS. Watch out. Once they get your money they are no help at all. I bought a certified pre-owned 2022 CRV from the dealer. When I picked up my vehicle I did not make it home and all my tire sensors went off. I also noticed there was a big scratch across the back seat, possibly from the detailing department? I contacted the dealer about this and asked if they could fix it for me. I requested a courtesy vehicle since the vehicle was just purchased, and after arguing with the manager, they told me I could have a courtesy vehicle. My sales man Kushal texted me a few days later and asked me if I could drop the vehicle off the next day. I asked him to confirm that there would be a courtesy vehicle ready for me, and he confirmed it, all over text. Well, when my wife went to drop the vehicle off the next day they played dumb, and said there was no courtesy vehicle, and no one even knew about the appointment. They gave her the run around, sending her from desk to desk, and no one knew about the appointment we supposedly had. They made her feel embarrassed and stupid. When I went back a few days later to talk to a manager, he apologized and assured me I would be taken care of. Same story everytime, they tell you what you want to hear. He said they would line something up to get my seat repaired and would contact me in a few days to set up the appointment. Well, it's been 2 month since then. I still have not been contacted for an appointment. Once they have your money, their service and customer service is non-existent. Upon further reading I noticed similar reviews on Google reviews. I would not recommend this dealership. After my purchase, Kushal hounded me for a Google Review, he was more interested in a review than providing service and support to his customers. I deleted his previous review, this is my update. Very disappointing experience.

I recently purchased a car from Honda and had a fantastic experience. Farhan, the salesperson, was genuinely helpful and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He patiently answered all my questions, explained everything clearly, and never pressured me. He truly went above and beyond. I also want to thank Alana, the finance manager, who was equally amazing. She carefully walked me through all the financial details, including insurance options, and gave thoughtful advice about what might be useful in my specific situation. She was honest, clear, and sincerely wanted to help me make an informed decision. Both Farhan and Alana were professional, kind, and made me feel confident in my purchase. I highly recommend this dealership and suggest asking for them if you’re buying a car!

I would say not a pleasant experience. I drove down at Waverly location to sell my Honda Accord 2018 touring, they inspect 360 degree and later gave me a quote of $9000. The car which I’ve bought for $28000 from Crown Honda (Waverly) in 2021 and drove less then 75000k (no accident and clean cattle) after buying this car. Highly disappointed and terrible experience by the dealership at this location. On top of that the only reason they said why I am getting too less for this car because I smoked cigarettes and there found ashes on the floor. Come on, I literally said you know it takes hardly $125 to detail and clean the car. Well, atleast give the price which suits the reputation of the dealerships. I’ll never ever going to Winnipeg Honda for my entire life.
