My experience was simply perfect: quick replies to emails/phone calls, Lana always respectful and friendly.

Lana was always quick in replying to my emails/phone calls and providing technical info about the car. My visits at the garage were always positive, everyone being warm and wanting to ensure that I was comfortable. Alex was also extremely helpful when we picked up the car, all technical explanations being clear. I also felt that I could call back at anytime for more questions (which I will do eventually). I would/will definitely recommend Mark Motors to anyone wanting to acquire a Porsche and will specifically recommend Lana.

Lana was very good in providing me with details and technical info about the car. Visits at the garage were always positive with a warm welcome, everyone being friendly and always wanting to ensure that we are comfortable. Alex was also extremely helpful when we picked up the car. All explanations were clear and I felt that I could call at anytime for more questions (which I will do eventually). I would/will recommend Mark Motors to anyone wanting to acquire a Porsche and will recommend Lana specifically.

I had purchased a paint protection package for my car that wasn’t installed properly to my satisfaction.Sometimes things like this happen and as far as I’m concerned it is how the situation is handled afterwards that matters. The staff at Mark Motors upon hearing about my concerns acted immediately and started the process in getting things right. Although there were some moments of frustration we all worked together to get this done correctly. I felt genuine empathy courtesy and respect from all those involved and this has certainly helped in my perception of the service that I was hoping to get.With only a couple of items left to be completed I feel confident that I will say that I received exceptional customer service.

I have to say, it is difficult to set your expectations in buying a beautiful car in a pandemic...so I can't bench this against any similar experience BUT, we did have an exceptional one with Mike McNeely and Mark Motors. He discussed every option prior to our selection - order process was seamless - we were kept updated - then a comprehensive and informative delivery. My wife and I sincerely appreciate Mike's professionalism and the experience in dealing with Mark Motors.

GREAT service team! Very detail oriented and thorough, and in the unlikely event they may miss something that a client is experiencing with a vehicle, they take it very seriously and make every effort to observe the issue, then find a resolution. I had exactly such a "ghost" issue twice that was intermittent and would appear only when I drove the vehicle ... and both have been resolved to my satisfaction. Members of the tech team in the workshop are very knowledgeable and experienced. Turnaround times are also very good. If you love your Porsche, I recommend you bring it to Mark Motors where they will love it (nearly) as much as you.
