As a business owner myself I can safely say that the Mrak family and crew of highly qualified and caring individuals are by far very impressive outfit. The customer service I had was incredible! It was an extended process due to COVID-19 factory shut downs, but it was well worth the wait. Paul, Kathleen, Tim and Alex were all excellent to work with. They were friendly, helpful and kept in touch. Even though it was my first Porsche, I was treated very well (which I did not actually expect). I would highly recommend Mark Motors Porsche!
