Un 4⭐️ pour l'équipe commerciale il y'avait un petit bris sur le pare brise qu'ils ne m'ont pas signalé même si le servicevtech l'avait réparé jaurais aime le savoir. Mais 1⭐️ pour le service technique, j'ai remplis une feuille de plaintes, le 4 juillet on m'avait assuré que j'allais recevoir un appel lundi 8 juillet du service technique pour prendre rdv et régler les problèmes on est le 18 et je n'ai tjr pas eu de retour. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP EVER I bought a car 3 weeks ago and other than the sales guy it has been a disaster. The front brakes had 30% left on them. They charged us for changing them. There was only 1 key. They charged us for getting a second. We had to pay the 500$ for the first 30 days and when we went to pick up the car there was a huge scratch down the driver window. NEW from when we went for the test drive. We asked to have it repaired/changed and two women put in a work order and said they would call us for an appt. No one called. I have called NUMEROUS times and left messages without a returned call. Ghosted! Yesterday, I went into a closer automobile en direct (ile Perot) where I was treated nicely and professionally. The guy took notes and within an hour the director from St Hubert was calling me saying he had no clue of any issues. Today same guy tells me that they don’t “change or fix driver windows.” When I attempted to explain he cut me off and told me I was yelling at him 🤔 and he wouldn’t let me talk. Told me that before we left with the car a DIRECTOR explained that they didn’t “fix or repair windows if it doesn’t affect the drivers ability to see”. Complete BS!!!! No one told us that and we never saw a director of anything. The finance woman was rude when we asked for a clarification on the statement. What was the point of paying the 500$? There is a problem and they won’t fix it. They didn’t even fill the washer fluid 🙄🙄 the car wasn’t clean when we left either. Maybe we should return it….if I could give lower than a 1 star I would.

I have purchased 3 vehicles from automobile en direct . I have had a problem with the last vehicle I purchased I was told by the sale person that I had 5 year bumper to bumper coverage and the national warranty is telling me it is not covered and automobile is telling me it is and the warranty company is telling that automobile en direct doesn't know what they are talking about It cost me 1000 $ to fix my car and no one is getting back to me . Guess now I have to take the next step and get a lawyer involved Don't think I will get another car from automobile en direct again
