I bought a car from here a month ago and the customer service was non-existent from the start. When I finally signed the papers, they couldn’t even find my car key because they mixed it up with someone else’s. I had to wait an extra hour and 40 minutes for them to go get the correct key. I was patient, didn’t even complain. But they gave me the car completely covered in snow, with the door handles frozen shut. Not even a snack or glass of water was offered while I waited almost two hours after buying a car there. Fast forward three weeks later, the heat in the car stops working. I paid $500 for an extended warranty that covers repair costs if something breaks after 30 days. So I book a service appointment, and they say they’ll call back to confirm. Guess what? They ghosted me completely. No follow-up, no voicemail (even though I asked for that), nothing. They only seemed to know how to call me when it was time to take my money. Conveniently, they waited until after the 30 days expired and then told me to “call my insurance.” Meanwhile, I’ve been driving in sub-zero conditions with no heat; frozen feet, frozen hands, and a frozen windshield. I’m a business owner and I rely on my car to show up for my clients. This is what my windshield looked like during an ice storm on the highway because of their total lack of care and responsibility. (They told me if I get it fixed myself they wouldn't cover the repair cost so I was completely depending on them to schedule an appointment) And the other picture is the car upon delivery (after having to wait outside while they remove the snow from it when they could've done it while I was waiting for 2 hours) This place does not care about you once the sale is done. Do NOT buy a car here. Ever.
