I had the pleasure of buying a Jeep Wrangler at White Rock Dodge Jeep, and have to say, the customer service I received was second to none. White Rock Dodge flew me to Vancouver from Alberta, on their dime, to pick up my new Willys Edition Jeep. Nobody could beat the price and perks they gave me, not even close. I was called by name by Connor and Ellie the second I stepped into the dealership, before I even had a chance to introduce myself. Moe in finance was incredible and had me through the finance paper work very quickly. Moe is just a cool guy. Ellie, who was my contact in sales, is White Rocks secret weapon. She was thorough, knowledgeable and not “salesy” at all. She has a genuine happy personality, and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She followed up with me several times after I got the Jeep home to see how I was doing. White Rock Dodge Jeep is the type of place you want to go back to, after you buy a vehicle, just see how everyone is doing because they treat you so well. Thanks guys, I will be back next year for my new "Ruby"

We came into White Rock Dodge to start looking at moving into a new Ram 1500. I had an Idea of what I was looking for when we arrived and was met by Lisa. She did an excellent job finding exactly what I wanted and she made what is usually a stressful decision much easier. We got a great trade in on my old vehicle and ended up leaving the lot in our brand new vehicle. Thanks again to everyone there especially Lisa and Cody who went above and beyond! Would highly recommend this location to anyone!

Was a very good experience in this dealership. Everyone is very professional and very warm. Kirk, in particular, is one of the most helpful and very kind sales rep. He made sure that we get ahold of our very 1st car here in Canada in no time. He was overall a wonderful person as he made sure that we get proper customer service and satisfaction guaranteed.
