This place should be the standard for what customer service should look like. Prab Bansal helped us and was knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot. We needed something right away, and he listened to our needs and found something that fit our needs. Prab seemed very genuine, talking to us and explaining the whole buying process. If I ever need another vehicle, we will come back to see Prab. The entire team at this dealership was excellent from start to end.

If there was a option of giving 6 stars I would give it to this dealership. PRAB BANSAL is one the nicest sales person I have ever met .he made the process of buying the car ( Durango 2022 rt)super smooth and hassle free . These guys explained me each and every step of the process and also helped me get a low rate financing option. I am extremely happy with my purchase thank you so much guys .

I've been to many dealerships and let me tell you White Rock Dodge is one of the BEST I've been too!! First I will start with my sales rep Sahil, if you are looking for a great sales rep let me tell you Sahil did an amazing job trying to help me find the right vehicle, I recommend anyone to look for Sahil if you go to White Rock Dodge! Sahil was very respectful and understood what I was looking for in a vehicle, he did not give up on me and wasnt pushy at all, although in the end I never left the lot with a vehicle Sahil just wanted to make sure I left happy with a smile!! Though I was not successful in finding the right vehicle the 2 Sales managers Codey and Tom that also helped me out went above and beyond to give me a great offer for my vehicle that they bought off me! If you're looking just to sell you vehicle and not purchase anything look for Codey or Tom they will take good care of you and try to give you the best offer they can! Was interested in the Jeep Wrangler Hybrid. Sahil explained everything thoroughly to make sure I was fully informed on the vehicle.
