I bought rav4 hybrid in June 2022 . They didn’t do get deal. They lied a lot even I didn’t get top roof rail cap they were out of order that time they said they will order . Whenever I call they say under process . Or they don’t receive call. I am not satisfied with their dealership.

Been looking for a truck that fit my criteria for quite some time now and it deemed to be very difficult, but luckily I stumbling into white rock dodge and was take care of by Erik Bocale. I brought in my 21 jeep wrangler eco-diesel for oil change, and a couple recall notices, ended up with what appears to be a very expensive car wash $400. Little evidence the actual servicing was done. When my wife brought the vehicle home, the oil service light was still flashing and the DEF fluid was half full. My trust factor with white rock dodge is about 0% right now!!! I regret using their service department, furthermore I feel like a fool!! because I purchased a vehicle from them 😡

Ray is one of the best salesman I’ve met and the energy from him is unreal. We didn’t plan to buy anything but after talking to ray it just made sense with the deal he offered.
