We came all the way here to purchased vehicle. I was really impressed with the guy named, DILLON BRAR. Very friendly and professional. I would recommend everyone when you visit this dealer. Please ask for dillon. He has a very good understanding and good service. You will never regret after coming to this dealer and get help by him. I will rate him 10/10 stars. I wanna give them 0 if i can ,I bought brand new chrysler pacifica s limited in june which started to have issue of rattling window with the last window on the left since i bought this vehicle. I have brought my vehicle to dealership 6-7 times for the same issue they haven't been able to fix this. I ask them if u cant fix it either replace this vehicle or take this back but they want me to come back again and again. I ask for general manager but he never shows up, i just hope maybe he can do something about this issue.i spent $80-90k for rattling window in my car. I just wish chrysler looks into this issue and help me get my car replaced. I would recommend no one buys from white rock they sell defected brand new cars and doesn't wanna fix it.

In my opinion, White Rock Dodge, is the only reputable Dodge/Jeep dealership in BC that anyone should deal with. Just look at their online reviews. Having a google rating over 4.8 is incredibly difficult. It shows how they have earned so many loyal customers through treating customers the right way. I worked with Ellie who was extremely easy to deal with, answered all my questions, showed me my options, and didn't put any pressure on us. When the time comes, I will gladly purchase my next vehicle from her!
