Phone -to-Phone communication - excellent communication. Winter tires were removed. Car was picked up at Honda Plant 1 and returned. This is a really helpful bonus. We are very appreciative of this service!

I bought my first Honda at Orangeville Honda and will not shop anywhere else. Everybody was very knowledgeable on their products. I returned to get a tire replaced and it was done right on the spot! I got into an accident and call the dealership who referred me to their preferred shop. They always remind me to call them with the smallest concern or question. When I do they return mall call or email right away with answers.

Jamie and Haley were amazing!!!!!!!

We were looking for a used chevy cruze. We told Jamie what features we would like the car to have. He had one there 3 days later for us to see. It was perfect and actually exceeded our expectations! Haley was awesome helping us with the financing, so friendly and kind. In all honesty we could not have asked for a better experiance. We have already told friend and family to go see Jamie when you"re looking for a vehicle.

I normally go to the local dealership for regular maintenance so my history is in the system and easlly referred. Not sure why was pressured to have a couple of maintenance suggests completed when one of them was already taken care on a previous visit. Ohterwise, customer service is normally easy to get along with.
