Mike was very accommodating to us by taking some extra steps in preparing our car sale such that we were able to drive to the dealership only once, to pay and pick up the car at the same time. A great help to us, as we have two small children at home!

My new Honda Civic!

My husband and I went into Orangeville Honda on a whim one day just to look around. We met Shane in the showroom who was extremely knowledgeable about the new Honda Civic which is the car we were interested in. He knew all of the ins and outs. We sat down and discussed some numbers and before we knew it we had bought the car. We are so happy with our new car!!! It's beautiful-thank you again Shane!!!

Took advantage of the recall repair/replacement for the airbag in vehicle. Part was available and repair was done while I waited. Waiting area was clean and well-maintained. Staff were friendly. Was surprised to see the email to me incorrectly addressed. Who is Katherine? Perhaps I received someone else's survey (although I was in last week with my vehicle)? Not too far off as my name is Karen..

Our contact started with an email exchange on a holiday Monday - Family Day and by Friday we were pulling out in the vehicle we wanted. The vehicle was inside and gift wrapped with a bow for my wife's birthday! Would defiantly reckoned buying a vehicle from Orangeville Honda. Price was well below the first place we looked and very competitive with the lowest one we found.

Loved the poster as I entered the dealership about the 10 seconds and the smile and if not to leave as you do not deserve my business .......how true but how amazing that a business put it right out there and in fact met the target in less than 10 seconds and mulituple times
