Dave was excellent. He was thorough, listened well to our needs, patient with our indecision, and sold us an incredible car. We are very, very happy with the service we received and will absolutely continue to depend on Orangeville Honda. This was a sales experience far different than previous experiences when purchasing or leasing our cars.

Not sure if i was being taken advantage of because I am a young woman or that the staff had such poor communication skills between each other that it made my experience unpleasant. I like my new car, did not like the service. .

Our Sales Consultant Shane Lynch treated us with the utmost respect and courtesy throughout the whole purchase of the car. Answered all questions on the background of the car quickly and honestly, was very patient during our test drive and ensured that whatever issues arose were dealt with quickly and professionally. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, but most importantly made us feel that we were important! An all around very positive experience and we would definitely be back for our next purchase.

I was looking for a very specific vehicle (a 9th generation Honda Accord sport in white and standard transmission). At the time Orangeville Honda had 1 of only 2 for sale in Ontario (about 1 hour away from my residence). I called first to make sure it was still available and it was. The sales person I was dealing with was having a baby so he made sure that there was someone else available to meet me to view the car. I traveled up to see the car. Dave Osborne (salesperson) met me there and showed me the vehicle, some of the features, but he could see I was a car guy and so knew he didn't have to go too in depth on the vehicle because I had already done some extensive research. This was actually great because I don't like when people try to explain stuff I already know, it's really just a waste of time. Dave let me take the car for a test drive with my fiance. He said I had the choice if I wanted him to come or not. I actually really appreciate this gesture, most dealerships force the sales person to go with the test drive. I opted for him not to and I came back to the dealership shortly after. There was really only one thing about the car that wasn't up to snuff, there were several rock chips on the front bumper and front part of the hood. We discussed these and he graciously accepted fixing the rock chips and adding a 3M clear bra to the front of the car included in the sales price. The whole experience was great! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars is the key for the lock nuts was not included in the car. They used the dealer master set to remove the lock nuts when they did a brake service prior to me picking the car up. They reinstalled the lock nuts. If the key was not included in the car they should have not reinstalled the lock nuts. Because the dealership is over an hour away from my residence, I had to go around to several honda dealers closer to remove the lock nuts, buy new OEM lug nuts, and have them replaced. Overall excellent service, and great to do a deal with!
