I know José the service manager at Murray Chilliwack for years, since he was at Mazda Pitt Meadows where during his time he performed an excellent service no only to me but to my other family members that own Mazda vehicles. Jose is a very dedicated person that shows interest in his customers, his dedication and care is reflected also in his service department team and always going the extra mile to accomplish customer 100% satisfaction even in a fast pace environment. I miss José; the Pitt Meadows Mazda dealer is not longer the same, it is just a block away from my place but last time I was servicing my Mazda 6 there, a month ago, I had the worst experience I ever had since I own a Mazda (more than 30 years); I will never get back to Pitt Meadows West Coast Mazda ever. I visited Jose in Murray Mazda Chilliwack for a battery replacement, the attention as usual in the way he does, prompt to do the extras, filling up the fluids where needed and I received a vehicle in a pristine looking: full wash including the interior cleaning. Definitely 5 starts!!!

Love this place. After a nightmare experience at Gardner GM in Hope, they are fixing everything that Gardner broke. It's been a month since I got my car back and I am still discovering things that Gardner broke. The bill for the damage they caused is at over $2,800 and counting. I have hired a lawyer and expect to be reimbursed by Gardner. They put 1782 kilometers on my car while the PCM was broken and that fried the catalytic converter. They also broke the hood support rod, the headlight on the same side and now I will probably have to have the washer fluid tank replaced as well which is right behind the headlight. They told me that someone working there wanted to buy my car. I told them absolutely not. After that they trashed my car and they lied about when it was sent to Mazda. They said it went to Mazda on January 25th. It wasn't sent until February 16th. Wish I had brought it to Murray Mazda in the first place. If I decide to keep the car I will be the most loyal customer that they have ever had. UPDATE!!! Three weeks later, one month after I got a huge chip in my windshield repaired that Gardner GM had put there and the guy at Canyon Glass told me that it would not have gone through the winter without cracking, I washed my car and the windshield cracked straight down the middle. I also had been into Canyon Glass about a month before I brought my car to Gardner GM on December 13th to have a piece of glass cut and at that time I asked him to look at the windshield to see if there was anything that couldn't wait till after the winter to be repaired. He told me that there wasn't. Add another 200 dollars to the bill for the damage they caused. It's over 3,500 dollars now. And again, I say, Murray Mazda ROCKS!!!!!
