Always answers my questions with a full explanation making sure that I totally understand what was done and why.

This was for the oil maintenance package which was completed with full details given to me. Other times I have just popped in without an appointment to ask a question or have something looked at on my car. I was always taken care of immediately and respectfully. With positive results on whatever issue.

Courtesy vehicle available as promised. My vehicle was ready at the time I was told. My personal vehicle could not be washed and a “I owe you” card was offered for a later day. Very friendly and pleasant to deal with.

Jose (sp) explained everything very clearly too me when I dropped my car off on what they were going to do. When I picked my car up, he went over everything that was done, pointing out details such as brake and tire wear, everything that was checked over, explained the bill in full detail and ensured that not only did I understand everything but was completely satisfied with the service. Very professional maintenance department.

I had my other l changed and it was done on time. The employees were very courteous and very knowledgeable. I would definitely go back to Murray Mazda for my next service.

Horrible service, or lack of; tried for 2 days to call and make an appointment, reception transfers thru & no-one answers, left a message & no-one calls back. I guess they don't need my business. Gave up, taking my CX5 to VIP Mazda in Abbotsford for service & possibly trade in.

For the first time since I have gone in for a service on my Mazda 3, my car was properly washed, my concern about factory backwards trunk handle taken care of (after having mentioned it to all service managers) and recall taken care of immediately so I did not have to come in for a second time. Thank you very much Jose!
