Great knowledgeable service

Eric at service is amazing. Dealings with him are effective, knowledgeable and done with respect. I've dealt with many different service people, but he is over and above.

[Update 2017] The service staff has been extremely nice and effective. Come to think of it, my original purchase experience was superb - minus the quirks, which probably just stood out in the moment. Sometimes people try to be funny but fail flat (most likely the case below). Regardless, I'm willing to look past that experience and call this a great dealership, overall. [Original 2016] The sales I worked with was great: helpful, talkative, not pushy. The only negative experience was another sales at the front giving me the comment: "you came to buy a Porsche in THAT?". Seriously, what's wrong with a mini cooper? Such snobbiness. Same goes with the sales people on Audi side. Went to finalize my delivery details, and the Audi sales would just give you condescending looks until the moment they learn you actually are here because you bought a Porsche.

I had a defective battery, I managed to get the car to Marks Motors without an appointment. The staff promptly took care of the situation and confirmed my diagnosis. In no time they replaced the battery. As always the staff at Marks was a pleasure deal with.
