Recalls carried out. Problem after work was done was fixed quickly. Friendly, polite and professional service. Would always return to this dealer for service. Well run service department.

Eric had the leak fixed (no appointment ) while I waited . Eric was most accommodating as he always is . He offered as well to wash the car but I declined. I was there only a short time . My experience with Eric has always been excellent . I live alone and he has in the past delivered my car or driven me home or both

i have been getting great service since 2004, thirteen years. things have going so well i now have two Porsches being serviced. They actually pull my cars out of storage and service them in early spring, when i retrieve them in spring my wife and i are all set for months of motoring. thx Graham Beaton

The service that I receive from Mark Motors is always courteous and thorough...I have no issue with their people nor their work. My issue is that something as basic as paint is not covered under my extended warranty. The paint on the bottom of the rear lift gate is bubbling and is obviously defective. That it has been determined that the issue is on "trim" as opposed to the body, I find to be petty and entirely unacceptable. When the paint fails, it won't matter whether it is on trim or body...the esthetic of the vehicle will be compromised as a result of defective paint. Requiring the customer to fund the repair of factory defects is not a policy that I find consistent with Porsche's stated level of service. Very disappointing!
