This was my first Porsche. I was nervous and excited at the same time. It was a big decision for me and my family but we were ready to take the plunge. Initially I was told by someone that I could not test drive the car I wanted to purchase as Porsche does not do test drives. Based on that comment I was going to drive down to Toronto to purchase my Porsche. I just don't see how anyone can purchase a car without feeling it on the road... Before going to Toronto I explained what happened to my friend who initially recommended the dealership and told me to only speak to Mike McNeely and he would treat me like family. My friend reassured me that this scenario was probably a fluke and he was surprised that it happened to me. I listened to my friend and spoke with Mike. From the onset Mike was attentive, friendly, knowledgable and most important, patient with me. I am in commission sales. I know that we all want the quick sale and that sometimes when you get a client who asks 1,000 questions it looks like there is no light at the end of the tunnel. Well Mike never made me feel bad about all of my questions. He answered them all in a professional, friendly way. It's because of Mike's professionalism and great service that I already brought him another sale for a brand new Cayenne. One of my employees was in the market for a Porsche so I sent her to Mike and he sold her a brand new Cayenne and she was very pleased with the service as well. Thank you Mike for helping me to design my 1st Porsche. For answering all of my questions, for helping my employee with her sale. For calling me back 2 weeks after the sale to see if I had any questions. I am a customer for life and I'll be sending you a lot more business. See you in 3 years for my R8! DK

Exceptional and courteous

Had a minor metal clicking sound in the front right tire area. Didn't have an appointment, however Service Rep brought the car in right away and the tech checked the issue, resolving it in a short period of time.
