Terrible experience!! thought I'd give it a second chance going there I'll never go there again and I'm telling everyone I know and helping spread the word about what a terrible place SMP is to deal with. End of story!!

Although I did not end up buying the car I liked from SMP owing to my budget limit, the service I received from the staff, especially Carlos and Dennis, was tremendously great. They put so much effort into looking for a car that fits your preferences, and will do the best they can. I would definitely recommend talking to Carlos if anyone goes there for sales service.

Great sales staff led by sales legend Dan Barrett. Good selection. Some amazing deals .... but ... some of the pricing of things is out of whack. To their credit, they share the vehicle history with you. But when I see an SUV selling for $23K and the CarProof report says it has $13K damage from a collision, I kind of go ... DUDE! You can't ask $23K for something that was nearly written off!
