I leased a 2016 crv with extended warranty and new winter tires on rim. They installed my tires and stated that there was no room for the all seasons in my SUV. I then went again to have my heated seats looked at and asked them once again to put the tires in the car. Still they said there was no room. I was told to take my time and pick them up when I was available. I was never told that the dealership wasn't responsible if anything happened to the tires while in their building. I was never told that if I took too long they would charge me or that there was a risk of them losing it or miss labelling the tires. Well....I called to have my oil changed and have my all season tires put on. They informed me that they could not find the tires and that it was my fault for leaving it with them for 4 months. I agree that I should have picked them up...I do live on the other side of the city and it honestly slipped my mind. I was never called and asked if I was going to pick it up. My wife and I returned to the dealership and spoke to the serviceman and service manager. My wife and I both felt like we were being ganged up on and blamed. They treated us as if we were trying to steal their money or something...we simply want the tires we paid for. After going back and forth and having the both of them continuously blame us, the service manager went back on everything he said and stated that he wasn't blaming us...even though that's exactly what he was doing just seconds before. I am now waiting until Tuesday to hopefully have some kind of resolution, but in all honesty I am not expecting much. I will be extremely surprised if anything happens at all. They also said they want us to wait until the tires show up. I asked him how long this could take and he said he didn't know. I am still driving on expensive winter tires and I am going on a trip to Edmonton in a couple of weeks. It's ridiculous that after spending all this money on a brand new vehicle, I have to deal with this nonsense. No matter what the Manager says, I will never accept that it was my fault for their disorganization. They also kept telling me that they deal with a lot of tires and I'm lucky they didn't throw mine out in the garbage. I'm sorry, but every business I have ever seen deals with many things all at once. This is no excuse. The Manager also became quite aggressive in the way he spoke to us when I told him that the service I received at Chevrolet was far superior to this dealership. Everyone I spoke to about this agrees that it is Hondas fault, they had the tires, they lost them. It's as simple as that. Whatever happened in between does not matter, I never touched the tires after they were taken off the vehicle. It makes no sense to me that tires lost at the dealership is my fault. I called honda directly and they were completely useless. It honestly sounded like some teenager talking to me. I have lost all faith in Hondas customer service. I love their cars but am very disappointed in the servive. I had much better service with chevy.

We felt too much pressure to buy right now. Your dealership has a phrase that means nothing and only sounds nice. "What can I do to earn your business today" however when I made suggestions, they were quickly shot down. My suggestions were reasonable as proven by myself and my wife at another Honda dealer. For some reason you jacked my interest to 2.99% for 7 years. Honda.ca clearly shows 1.99%. I actually said this and the sales guy said "Let me double check"....nope it's 2.99%. Then a manager came in and ran another round of high pressure sales. He repeated the same phrase while the sales guy stood behind us. This made me very uncomfortable. It was very difficult to leave your dealership. I was almost forced to stay with my first interest vs looking at the different trims and options. As a note to your manager, it is my experience that when someone tells me "I'll be honest with you",what ever they follow with, will be a lie. It was. Ease up on the high pressure sales. Use that energy to actually make the best deal you can for your customer. Sometimes it is better to make a sale with a bit of profit vs no sale at all. Also why is your staff sending me email from a noreply address. Do you want to sell a car or waste my time?

Dont' buy a vehicle from them

March 28, 2017

Had a deal signed and they had mysteriously changed the price I was to pay for the vehicle. Did not discover until we walked over to finance. We walked out of the dealership for a little over $100 dollars. Discovered we were paying to much anyway. Will never return and we had already bought a vehicle from them.

Robby is fantastic. I would definitely refer friends and family to him if they ever needed to buy a car in the future!
