Unfortunate post purchase experience. The customer service from the sales staff (Gio) was great. I do not want to place any blame on him. However 2 days after purchasing the Ram 1500 I notice a strong jerk in the transmission and it has escalated to an issue that Dodge can't even fix. I purchased extended warranty to cover myself, however when a Ram dealer can't even fix it what is one to do. It is pretty obvious this was a previous issue and now I am stuck with a very expensive truck that is probably the worst 'ride experience' I have ever had. If I could take the truck back I would. Unfortunately I am now stuck with this until I latest pay off the negative equity.

Team Foui was like a fine oiled machine, working so incredibly well together to give us everything we were looking for and more!!

We had an amazing experience from the Team Foui sales team to the finance department to the Winnipeg Honda service centre. We didn't feel pressured to purchased. We told the sales team what we wanted and what we needed to get for our trade in and they totally delivered. They were knowledgeable, friendly, fun and totally professional. They gave us a special gift with purchase afterwards. It was just a fantastic experience. I highly recommend Winnipeg Honda and Team Foui to friends and family.

Mix of good and bad experience ... but Ron Garcia made it all work out OK in the end.

We had intermittent and increasingly severe starting problems with our Honda Odyssey. Those problems resembled the starter motor failure that we had with our Honda Civic last year, but the technicians wanted to blame the problem on a frozen battery and/or a faulty alternator ... both of which were not true and could not explain the symptoms of the problem. The battery was only 13 months old and consistently had lots of power. In the end, Ron Garcia over-ruled the technicians and had the starter replaced, as I requested, originally. Fortunately, that was the cure for the problem and the van has started better than ever since then. Although this repair took several days longer than it should have, Ron also arranged for the replacement car rental costs to be waved. So, it all worked out fine in the end. Hats off to Ron ... otherwise this review would be much poorer!
