I purchased a used car from Al Grillo at Automatch (Jackson Toyota), and had a great experience. Al was friendly, honest and very genuine with his service. He took the time to help me find the right car at the right price. It was important for me to have a pre-sale inspection done on the car, and Al was a big help in organizing drop off and pick up times for the vehicle. He even went above and beyond with his service, and personally detailed the car himself, saving me money having it detailed in the shop. Overall, I had an excellent experience with Al at Automatch and would highly recommend those looking for a used vehicle to visit their dealership.

Second car I bought off of Nicola Szoke in the span of a year. Still had amazing service with her. She made sure I was happy and helped with every concern I had. Really hope Jackson’s realizes how fantastic she is!

From the initial contact to the purchase, Wyatt presented himself as a professional with an interest in building a positive relationship with us. Although we had studied several competitive SUVs, Wyatt was able to present all of the aspects of the Highlander that would meet our expressed needs for many years. He was very patient as we worked with us over three visits on two vehicle choices. We were very impressed with the professional video he texted after each visit. He patiently coached us so that we did not feel pressured. As folks who have bought many vehicles over many decades this young man's kind and caring approach was refreshing. He is a real asset to the Jackson Team!
