Just purchased a new 2017 Rav4. Dealing with Chris and Nicola sure made it easy for us. Would like to Thank both of them especially Chris who went out of his way to help us. Many thanks.

I called about a certified pre-owned 2016 Toyota 4Runner SR5 (7 seater) and asked about the vehicle. Before I proceed, the salseperson Al Grillo was great to talk to and was very professional. However, I was assured that the vehicle was in great shape and was in no accidents prior to me viewing it. Further to that, I spoke with the New Car Manager as the used car manager was away and he assured me I would recieve a great deal on the vehicle. To summarize before I proceed: I am excited about getting a great deal on a great, accident free 7 passenger vehicle so it's worth the drive. I drove over 300km and over 4 hours round trip to view the vehicle on a Saturday. The vehicle had only 57000km yet the bottom was all corroded and rusted. The A/C and power steering lines were nearly corroded right through. The vehicle was FILTHY inside; I couldn't tell what was a scratch and what was dirt and it was covered in dog hair. The vehicle had been in an un-registeres accident as the rear bumper was cracked and the same side rear quarter panel was displaced. The hood had stone chips right through the clear coat and paint. The brakes potentially needed to be replaced and it was not safetied prior to me test driving it. Aside from all of that... THEY LISTED THE WRONG TRIM AND IT WAS A 5 PASSENGER....... but wait, it gets worse. All things considered I was open to making an offer. I asked that the vehicle be cleaned inside and out prior to making an educated offer so that I am confident in the vehicle's condition. The new car manager replies with, "I'll be honest with you, the most I can drop the price is $1000". This is a $41000 vehicle that has been on the market over a month and the price has already been reduced 2 times yet they were not willing to negotiate with me. What a huge waste of time. If it weren't for the sales associate Al, I would have exploded on the manager and never returned.

I would like to let you know about how outstanding and instrumental your sales team has been for me and my family. Primarily Jeff Greatrix, Chris Hayden and Danielle Hay. This group have not only become our friends, but have also secured us as Family members for life with Jackson's Toyota. This is our 3rd vehicle from Jackson's in just 3 years and our 1st new one. We tried to purchase a new Highlander last year, unfortunately the banks wouldn't allow us to purchase it. This didn't discourage us as the "team" us included were able to work on a solution which we thought would last longer then 12 months, haha. Then we bought a boat! So..... This has been a long expensive journey, but Jeff, Chris and Danielle have been there for us all the way. I know I don't make it easy as I am a sales person myself. But wither is was answering one of our many many questions, doing test drives, even just talking to us and playing with our kids while we chatted, even if it was only about sports and stuff. They always took the time to understand our needs and desires, they understood how we planed on using the vehicle, (manly cause this was #3 but...) They also knew how much this one meant to us. We believe everything happens for a reason. There was a reason we found a boat, which gave us a reason to drive through the Jackson's lot as we always do when we take a trip to Barrie. When we first saw the Salsa Red Pearl Highlander SE. We knew this had to be ours! 5 trips to the dealership looking at it, many phone calls, emails, coffees and cookies. The 6 weeks of waiting for funds and credit updates. We finally took possession last night in a snow storm and it was still the most memorable experience for us. Thank You!!

I love my car so much! The staff at Jackson's Toyota are absolutely amazing! Tyler Maroudas made the experience enjoyable from start to finish! I found him to be kind, knowledgable and very professional. This was my first time buying a car and I felt that the whole process was very organized and easy. I have recommended going to Jackson's Toyota to many of my close friends and family and always suggest having Tyler take care of them. Tyler Goes above and beyond to make his customers feel special and appreciated. I know i will be back for my next car needs!
