I had an appointment with Leonardo to sign the contract yesterday and he was not there and he didn't call me before to let me know that and try to reschedule it. Nobody was aware that I would come to sign the contract. Every time I call him and he is busy he does not call me back. Besides that I bought the Kona EV on June 4th 2019 and the initial estimated time was 6 months to delivery it. Now it's been more then 9 months and I still don't have the car. He said on January 31th I would have the car on the first week of March and it is still not the case. Update 05/april/2021: once again I'm having problems. In the morning when I arrived, someone else got my place in line. When I complained Sylvain from the service department said that I should just wait, that it was not a problem. After leaving the car to free exchange tires and car wash service due to a price adjustment when I bought the car. No mention of that on my file so they need to call the seller and it took 30 minutes to fix the problem. I arrived at 14:40 to pick up the car and it was not washed. Sylvain told me again to wait, that he was sorry (but not sorry). I had such a bad experience here that I hope I never come back again here (15:30 now and I still didn't get my car that was supposed to be done at 13:00).
