Received a call from Erin two weeks ago informing me of some incentives and an opportunity to upgrade to a brand new 2019 CRV. It is now in my driveway... It was such a stress free experience... Erin took me for a test drive, explained all the details and set things in motion. He then turned me over to Sean to discuss financial details and that was it... Both gentlemen are a pleasure to deal with. I also want to mention that everyone who sits at the front reception desk has always been friendly and cheerful and always ready to direct me to where I need to go. Thanks to all!

Purchased a Civic from Henley Honda last year and my Sales rep was Erin Sammy. Worst car buying experience of my life. I just received a followup email from erin (probably automated) which reminded me of the terrible experience and so i thought i'd share my experience. 1. Shady sales tactics - asked him to match a price, which they did, but tried to hide the fact that i would be getting a higher interest rate. Pressured me to accept an offer by threatening to tow a car that i was trading in if it wasnt removed that evening. (it was around 7pm). 2. My brother wanted to buy an odyssey and I was already on the line with Henley about other stuff so I thought I'd hand it over to my brother to get a price. They didn't agree on a price and my brother was suggesting that Erin could do better. They talked on the phone for maybe 10 minutes and emailed back and forth a few times. After my brother told Erin that he'd be going elsewhere, Erin texted me, "I appreciate your time and business. In the future however, please don't refer people to me who are going to wate my time and call me a liar. I'm not interested in working with people like that... my time is too valuable." Not once did my brother call him a liar, all he said is that he could do better than the deal than he was giving. My brother did end up buying that odyssey for a much better price elsewhere. If erin want's to refute any of this, i have screenshots of the texts he sent me, and I'm sure i could get the emails from my brother. 3. rear Window was scratched before i was handed the keys. They said they'd fix it and it would take a day. I booked an apt, they replaced the window but was told to come back in about a week to retint the window. got the window retinted but the new tint had bubbles after 2-3 weeks of curing. told me that it was normal and acceptable. window tint will have bubbles for only a few reasons: application error, contaminated tint, or contaminated window (i had a new window as mentioned earlier). After a few weeks of back and forth and finally talking to a manager, they agreed to retint the window. 4. GPS would have trouble finding my location. I had to take my car back to them about 4-5 times and they would keep the car for weeks at a time. The one time, they had the car for about a month and drove it for a few hundred kms. once they returned the car, the gas was completely empty - no bars were visible on the dash. After that, i was insistent to get them to return it with the same amount of gas that i had in it. finally got fixed after several months but it still acts up now and again. I just don't want to deal with them anymore and so i havent brought it back.

Brayden was awesome to work with. He was helpful and knowledgeable; addressing my questions and showing patience throughout the whole process. With so much information available online many consumers know what they want to purchase. So having someone who is attentive and respectful when making a final purchase decision goes a long way. I highly recommend working with Brayden.
