I continue to be impressed by the consistently excellent customer service I receive from Henley Honda. My latest experience involved warranty work that was expertly identified by Chantelle in service. The work was scheduled promptly and included a loaner vehicle that was much appreciated. I would like to thank Elaine in service who very quickly slotted my 2017 Ridgeline into the service schedule despite the fact I embarrassingly arrived over 4hrs late for my appointment due to a date mix-up. Thanks to the team at Henley Honda, I was able to pick up my vehicle the next day with the work completed on time, as per the original estimate. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to friends or family. They truly provide that "old school" service with friendly, courteous staff, backed up by professional care. My thanks to you all!

I just bought a new CRV. The last time I bought a new car was in 2003 when I bought my Honda Civic and I was still driving it. I dreaded going into a dealership but when I entered Henley Honda I was met by Nolan and he put me at ease right away. I never felt pressured, he took me for a test drive, explained the different options on all the CRV’s and the pricing. I did check out other dealerships but I came back to Henley Honda. It wasn't just Nolan, Sandra the finance manager was very personable and so easy to talk to.

Our experience here was great from start to finish! Brayden made us feel very comfortable, answering all questions we had, giving us a comprehensive test and helping us choose the right model. They worked with us on pricing and gave us an detailed break down of payments before we agreed to the purchase. There was no surprises going through this process. Sandra was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!
