The team at Laurentian Chrysler was outstanding! Got us the car we wanted, and weren’t at all pushy to deal with either in terms of the sale or warranty options. Would definitely go back

never taking any of my vehicles there again i have spent over $3,000 in service on one of them this year alone and the van is only 3 years old, and they never fix the issue, the service manager is unpleasant rude and i don't understand how they can keep person, i have tried to contact Jason carrier however he cant be bothered to return my calls either, 1 star is the lowest i can post. i hope that someone can make time to cal me back about this

Not impressed with the service. Had to go back as it wasn't done right in the first place. Amy at the desk was amazing and apologetic for the service. Shuttle guys are awesome.

just to let you know that the jack and the wheel chocks were there but the the hardware to keep it in place was not just a concern to me that if i heaven forbid get into a collison that this jack and chocks are not fasten like they should be would end up like a projectile in the cab causing serios injury i think this should be looked at during the mechanical fitness just like the spare tire i would like to get the tiedown for this truck so i dont have to tell this story later on thanks
