The sales associates were not helpful. I did not appreciate how they conducted their business and will never go there again if I can help it. This is the second time we have received this kind of service from this same dealership. We travelled to the other end of the city to purchase out cars even though, we live only 5 minutes from here. In fact, my van can from this dealership but was purchased it elsewhere because of the poor service we received. In addition, I am disappointed in how 'customer loyalty' seems to mean nothing (we purchased one car and leased another all in the same month) but got no consideration when negotiating.

My wife and I were greeted politely and introduced to a salesman who listened to our needs and showed vehicles and let us test drive them till we found one we liked.The experience was great!!

My experianve with Xavier was great! He was very knowledgeable and provided me with the right information! I would highly recommend him. My one complaint is I put down a 500$ deposit and I am still waiting for it in the mail it has been over a month.
