I've always found the staff to be friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Having to write 20 words when I've already said all I wish to is a pain. Why 20? Why not 54?

fixed our stereo issue great, however gave recommendation over the phone when called us about our suspension issue, what ball joints where crucial to fix, however in the recommendation section on the page outlined, no priority was explained, just to replace all ball joints with separate pricing for right upper, left lower and then left upper and right lower...from the conversation not all were crucial, only one, but the paperwork explain nothing in regards to this....now just confused in what is necessary for my vehicle. We just suggest you prioritize the repairs so we better informed. All in all, we appreciate the work done, just suggest this change,

I found it very strange that after I reviewed my service appointment online, I was phoned by the worker and asked why I didn't give him better ratings. He told me that any shortcomings were not his fault, but were the fault of the dealership. Surveys should be confidential, and workers should not be able to call customers and ask for a better review next time. This was a very uncomfortable and awkward situation to be put in.

Took my car in as my rear tire had a slow leak.. The service agent was very friendly. He got my car in promptly and the tire was fixed in no time Good job guys

Read on checklist that battery was check but it was not looking good & was years old. Battery dead over past cold spell & needed to be replaced. Wish my service tech would have suggested a battery change. Thank you. Lori Butler

First, I had difficulty booking a convenient appointment time. Second, there was an error made by the service tech which required me to book time off work to go back to have the issue fixed. This was annoying given how much money the initial service cost me. Third, a number of my calls to the dealership were not returned. At the end of day, however everything seems fine - I was just annoyed by the whole experience.
