Awesome service. I had stopped in to look at the vehicle before it had even been in for detailing. During the detailing phase the dealership found some paint damage to the fenders of the vehicle that had been mistake as bug splatter, etc. so they immediately sent the fenders away to get repainted at no cost to me!

Sales team was very good to deal with. Finance department left a lot to be desired. Finance person kept pushing for extended warranty and life insurance even after being turned down because way too expensive. When I said about the cost was told "I don't know what your problem is you can afford it" and was just generally rude.

Kelly Prior is super nice and great to deal with but a bad experience with one of your finance guys has forced me not to recommend SMP anymore. Having already bought 3 cars from SMP I was looking at a long term dealing but I'm not sure anymore. Sorry about that.
