Walking into the dealership I was immediately welcomed and they helped me through purchasing my very first new vehicle. I love my Toyota Corolla SE. I've been looking into getting one for a few months now and it's everything I hoped it would turn out to be. Jackson's Toyota made my decision very easy when it came to purchasing what I wanted. Rosario Engelmann helped me out with everything and is a fantastic salesperson. I do not regret walking into this dealership for a second. Very pleased with the customer service and the quality of my new Toyota Corolla SE.

My husband and I are both thrilled with our new Toyota 4Runner. It would never have been possible without the determination of Jennie to get us into our new vehicle. She, and the rest of the Jackson's team, went above and beyond to help us. We are extremely grateful, and have nothing but praise for the efforts, patience, and assistance extended by both Jennie and our salesman Tyler, who located the exact model we wanted. We will happily recommend Jackson's to everyone. If you want a Toyota, you must go to Jackson's.

I'm sorry Sean Hill I realize you came in today without an appointment to pick up a wholesale car and had to wait for a manager while they were attending to our retail guests. Although I'm not sure being rude to our receptionist was a very good way to gain someone's attention. I apologize for your wait.

Very very disappointed by the customer service. Last week me and my wife went it to buy sienna. Salespeople were just there and no one approached to us if we need any help, so we approached one of the salespeople and ask them about the minivan instead of telling us about the van and options to buy one, simple said oh we don't have any and if you want to buy you'll have to wait three months. Right at that time we left the dealership and went to Barrie Honda. And was totally different experience and right there we bought odyssey. We were welcomed and treated as true customer.
