Very reliable and dependable service

Car was overheating according to the gauge, brought in our Civic to have the problem looked at. Issue was brought to our attention and dealt with.

Oil change and service. set appointment within 2 days of request, service was prompt, met with a friendly staff service member, extra recommended work explained and once approved, completed very quickly with only an additional 30 min wait.

The employees at Paladino Honda are very friendly and helpful. Our sales person was very informative and did his best to get us what we wanted. We never felt rushed or pressured to purchase. Overall a great experience and we are enjoying our new Honda Civic :) We definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from Paladino Honda.

It was a pleasure to do business with Jay. He didn't try to push me into anything I didn't want and made my trade-in a simple experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to buy a good used car. Their lounge also has the greatest coffee machine I have ever seen!
