Needed new tires after alighning my Honda element it was almost closing but no matter put four tires on in a short time well balanced. No issues or attitudes that you might get because of the time not at this Honda dealer its always great.

Took a huge amount of stress off as we needed to do this deal to allow my wife to be driving me back and forth to Toronto hospital for more surgery and treatment for cancer. They helped and exceeded expectations. Thank you

Unfortunately, every time I went to Palladino, having contacted the salesman I had met on the first visit, it was allays a very long time consuming process. Each time I tried to book a fixed time for the visit but once there, it took forever to me served and while being served, the salesman would excuse himself, tend to someone or something else, and eventually come back to me. For the money I spent on the purchase, I expected better service. A few miscommunication and or lack of, probably not on purpose, important relevant information was omitted. I am aware the person who served me might be fairly new... It was just a little aggravating. I went to this Honda dealership because of product satisfaction (had purchased a Honda in another city) and was looking for the same reliable product.
