Fob died and had to buy a new one, shocked it was not covered by extended warranty. Never had a fob by any other manufacturer have a problem in the last 15 plus years Wasn't happy, probably never purchase another Honda vehicle.

Inconvenient recall. Poor shuttle hours so had to make my own pick up and drop off arrangements. Car not washed on pick up (which would have been nice given the inconvenience of a recall). Left and the tire light came on not a half mile later. Back the next day. Service girl was rude and said "what's that got to do with us?" - gee I don't know my car was fine, your department serviced it and did the "recommended" work that one feels guilted into doing because otherwise you could "void" your warranty. Extremely disappointed overall.

We went in with a basic knowledge of some of the key requirements we were looking for in a vehicle. We were presented with that along with some extras that were on the vehicle at hand. The initial price was out of our pricing expectations but with some give and take, we came up with a figure we could work with.

The service was very good but took too long for a simple tire switch-1.5 hours. Appointment was at 9:00 am and was completed by 10:30 am.

I scheduled an appointment since I have experienced a problem with my car. When I went to the service I was told that they cant run diagnostic to my car because it's Saturday and there is no at the service could check it. Even thought I described the problem by phone when scheduled an appointment nobody checked and told me that they can't do it this on Saturday. I drove an hour for nothing and spent my Saturday time as well.

Every year we head to Florida for 4-5 months and count on our Wpg. Honda team to check our Odyssey Van to ensure everything is in order - they always consistently do a great job and we sincerely appreciate this service. I highly recommend this dealership.
