We have always had excellant service since buying our vehicle. Mark is friendly , helpful and attentive to our needs. Wouldn't consider taking our car anywhere else!

Good, except for trying to arrange a shuttle back to the dealership. They said there wasn't a shuttle available until I pushed the issue. When the shuttle came there was only one other passenger.

As usual, my experience at Crown Honda was excellent. They are professional and courteous, and always make me feel like a valued consumer. This day, I needed an appointment quickly as I was having battery/starting issues with my car, and they were able to accommodate my needs, and got me back on the road. Thank You!
