My experience with the Wheaton Kia team has been truly outstanding. I recently upgraded from a Kia Telluride to the 2025 Hybrid Kia Carnival, and the entire process was seamless. Gregg, Susan, and the rest of the Kia crew were incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt confident and comfortable every step of the way. I had a fantastic experience at Wheaton Kia. From the moment I stepped on the lot until I drove away in my new Seltos the team at Wheaton was friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. The sales person was incredibly knowledgable and accommodating (Thanks Gregg!) and the finance department got me an amazing deal (Susan, you rock!). I was personally assisted by Chris Gervais from sales and Kris Willard from finance. The service was truly exceptional. At no point did I feel pressured to purchase anything I didn’t want. The entire thing was explained to me (no hidden agendas), and generally the service was great - Chris is super friendly, easygoing, and knowledgeable.
