Just purchased my third vehicle from Bank Stree Mitsubishi, an Eclipe Cross from Sam Amouna - of which he has sold me all three. Sam has been great each time, he takes the effort to explain everything without the pushy sales pitch. My experience purchasing a car at Bank Street has always been very good, and that is thanks to Sam. As long as he is selling cars there he will be the only person I will buy a car from. If you are looking for an experienced saleman, then Sam is that person, who knows the cars and easily explains all the features and readily answers your questions. He always put the customer first. I recently moved to the other end of Ottawa where there is another Mitsubishi dealership only a few kms away, but I didn't hesitate heading to Bank St for this purchase. A great experience from top to bottom. Highly recommend Bank Street Mitsubishi and Sam. Cheers Paul F

Recently I purchased a vehicle form this dealership and I could not be more satisfied. Both the car salesman (Sam) and the Financial officer (Eli) were incredibly patient and helpful. This was my first time buying a car and they took me through the process step by step. The environment was extremely welcoming and they treated me like family.

It was just a regular day, trying to see what's out there , so we went and checked Mitsubishi bank street and guess what! We ended buying a brand new outlander 2022. Thanks to Mr. Alex and his team. Our experinced purchasing a car from Mr. ALEX was just fantastic and superb. He was very helpful and very patient as we are a younger family. It was a one-stop shop for all the questions and made car buying a worry free-experience. He took his time showing all the details ,buttons and features of the car just before driving it home. And phoned us after a few days to check up on us with our new car. We got an exceptional value and was offered a high level of customer service. Mr. Alex and his team were amazing. I just want to say thank you so much to Sam and Eli for helping me with my new purchase on a 2022 Outlander. I stopped in Mitsubishi on whim and Sam was so helpful and knowledgeable. I was extremely anxious car shopping and Sam completely put me at ease. He told me all about the history of the company and showed me a few different models, explained all these features that were completely new to me. Never once did I feel any pressure and he patiently answered all questions I had. Eli was also a pleasure to deal with when it came to the financials and explaining extended warranties, he was very thorough and helpful. I’m so glad I stopped in, I didn’t intend to make a purchase that day but honestly after seeing the Outlander and spending time with Sam learning all about the vehicle there was no need for me to go anywhere else. Take the time and go see Sam and Eli, you will not be disappointed.
