I kept getting a low tire message, which was frustrating with a brand new vehicle. I brought it in. They put air in 3 tires. They had to give me 1 new one, because it couldn't be repaired. The shuttle service was good. James was very accommodating. Overall a positive experience!

clear, accurate description and quote for costs of repairs needed. Frequent calls during repairs for updates and info sharing. Immediate understanding of my concerns, quick to isolate problems, fixed the problem within one working day. As an aside, I had taken it to " the cheaper guy" and had the same problem pop up over and over-was told it was a faulty part. It wasn't. Ryan Smith has again provided superior customer service, made me feel understood and cared about, and solved the problem so I could be back on the road again in a safe vehicle. Over the years ( past 4 years) I have known Ryan before he was a Chev rep, and he has continued to maintain a professional and personal connection. I am beginning to look for a newer vehicle, and he is "on it"-I feel secure knowing he has my best interest in mind, and I anticipate further excellent sales, service, and support through his role.

I came in to have my tire pressure checked & tires inflated. I felt like I was in the Cheers Bar, as 3 different employees came up to me & asked how I was doing & how I liked my new Sonic! They remembered me from previous visits I’ve had at Murray’s!

Bad start to NEW Truck

Bought a brand new Colorado having problems with the main touch screen right away, took the truck in to get repaired 2 months ago apparently they need to make a wire harness for the truck, they tell me 6 more weeks. Seems like a long time just to get a part? Definitely lost confidence in this dealership going forward they have very poor communication. FYI $40,000+ for a new truck with no radio, back up camera and other functions not working I really feel ripped off.
