I recently leased a new Rav4 and was blown away by the attentive service I received from Jeff Greatrix! Him, Tom and Dave made the process as smooth as the ride home in my new car. Highly recommend this dealership! Thanks guys!

I purchased my 2013 FJ cruiser a month ago. I felt the need to share my experience. Erica the sales person and Steve the Pre owned manager did an exceptional job. Both very professional, friendly and really knowledgeable. In todays world it is very hard to determine who to trust when making such an expensive purchase. In a perfect world you purchase your vehicle and nothing goes wrong. But what happens when something does go wrong? Will your dealer be there for you? I had a tire blowout (a defect in the tread) within the first month and to make matters worse the tire is discontinued. This being an all wheel drive I now need 4 tires. I called Steve and within 2 days he authorized the repairs (no hassle). This dealer does in fact stand behind their product. They are above board and I would with extreme confidence recommend any one looking for a pre owned vehicle to visit their showroom. I can't speak for any of the other sales people there but Erica (my sales person) took the time to explain all the features and benefits to me. She offered me a fair price looked after all my purchase needs and delivered the vehicle on time and as promised. I would also like to commend Steve for Stepping up and resolving my issue hassle free.

I came in needing a new car and dealt with Jeff Greatrix, who was more than helpful. The experience was quick and painless, which isn't what I expected from buying my first car.

They Stand Behind Their Product

I purchased a used Venza from their used lot approximately 3 weeks ago. I did some research before I went into the lot so I had an idea as to the price I should be expected to pay for the car. I took the car that I wanted for a test drive and was pleased with the overall feel. I agreed to a price and placed my deposit down on the car. The car was ready for pick up two days later. It was cleaned and ready to take home. Inthe next couple of days I had some complications with the electrical, specifically the battery light came on while driving in wet weather. I called the dealership and they told me to bring it in for repair. They gave me a renatl for the day and a half and since I picked it up that day (knock on wood) I haven't had any issues with it. Overall, it was a 4.5 out of the 5 stars. They stand behind their product and take accountability for their work. New alternator (Not rebuilt) and a new battery. Great work guys, I will return in the years to come...

Just wanted to say a special thanks to Jeff Greatrix from Jackson's Toyota. What an awesome experience from walking in the door until I drove off with my new wheels. Everyone I dealt with were amazing, but Jeff is an amazing salesman. I even got free cookies in my car after my purchase. Thanks again Jeff, and Jackson's for such a positive experience. I will certainly be back and will refer friends to your establishment.
