Empty promises

One of the questions I had asked was how I would be treated after I made my purchase. If I brought in my truck for service , would a loaner be available for use. I was told it wouldn't be an issue to get one. That wasn't the case when I came in for my first service. I was also told I was purchasing a 2016 truck but instead was sold a 2015 model

I absolutely love my new 2016 Chevrolet Equinox!!! All the people at SMP are amazing they treated me like gold and showed me how it is to be treated properly and like the princess I am :)
