2007 Honda CRV SERVICE

I was treated very well as my CRV was being serviced for air conditioner repair ,as well as other work .The service manager WENT Out His Way To explain all the details of the repair and of the Honda recall.I will purchase my next Honda there.

I went for a annual maintenance. This included tire rotation. However, the tires weren't balanced properly causing me to go back not once but twice thinking that there might be a leak. I was assured by Kenny over on a phone that if I run into more problems to contact him directly. So far so good and hopefully this minor problem had been fixed.

The service we received was excellent. Dustin Davie was courteous knowledgeable and willing to satisfy our needs. Also Lucky Sharma who gave us an overview of the operation system was quite Knowledgeable and attentive to our questions, also other staff members were willing to fulfill our needs.( water & coffee ) Thanks for the full tank of gas. It was a pleasure to deal with Gio on the purchase of my new Honda Pilot. I had been looking at a couple of other vehicles and I was provided with the opportunity to compare the Pilot and Highlander side by side. Everything from the road test, to the financing, and pick of the vehicle were handled smoothly and with great care.

I came in for a normal oil change first thing in the morning. The first employee greeted me once I got in asked what my appointment was for. He was able to get me in right away, told me how long it would take and told me to go inside and would call me once everything was finished. The staff was able to provide me with the right time and I waited the expected time it would take. Overall, the service was quick simple and efficient
