My salesman listened to what I ask for, proceeded to show me the vehicle I described, & then I went for a test drive. Afterwords I was informed of the very low financing rate & quickly went through the buying procedure. All in all , a reasonably pleasant process.

I'm not exactly sure why everyone recommended the Honda Civic to me, or Honda for that matter. By far the worst car I've ever owned. I bought it new and it was in the repair shop way more then my used 2005 Sunfire and it was triple the price. The customer service was less then stellar as well. The first winter I bought the vehicle, they lost/misplaced it and left me without a vehicle for a whole weekend in the dead of winter. It was on a Saturday, there was so many bells and whistles going off that they had to come pick it up. I had to call them multiple times to ensure that it made it to the destination (which was Waverly), stayed on hold for 10+ minutes each time and then they closed up without even calling me back to ensure that my vehicle was safe. The last straw was a month ago, my car was making a grinding noise every time I turned. On a 2013 with 27,000km, that shouldn't be happening. Took it in yet again, picked it up and they said a bar was dragging (?), drove it out of the parking lot and the issue was still not resolved. I drove right to Nissan and they were absolutely amazing, love my new Juke.

Was told a problem could not be found but the right tie rod end needed to be replaced. Took car into another autobody shop and they found that the front sub frame bolts were loose. After these were tightened noise went away. Crown autobody has agreed to cover the bill from the 3rd party as tech forgot to tighten after work was done.

Brought Car in for a safety - Returned with a broken door lock and $2,400 quote for new car converter. Fixed it elsewhere for $800.
