Derrick my service rep serves customers well

Frustrating

This is the third appointment I've made where the service department didn't have the parts required to fix (my one year old tundra) and couldn't get them the same day. Requiring a second appointment. I had made arrangements to drop my truck off and had someone waiting to drive me to work. Ended up fixing the truck myself. Figure out a system to get same day parts: my last vehicle was a Ford that I owned for 10 years; never did I have to make two appointments to get minor (or major work done). I left your service department super frustrated yesterday.

My Express Lube oil change was completed on-time without any issues. The staff were helpful and raised any concerns with explanations for why additional work needed to be completed. I enjoyed my experience and will be returning!

As usual, our express lube was completed in a fast, efficient and friendly manner. We wouldn't even think of taking our car anywhere else for an oil change. We have total confidence that our car is being taken care of in a proficient manner.

Had gone for a change of tyres. The moment I got to the reception was attended to immediately. The tyres were changed and given back to me at the exact time they had told me it was to be finished. I feel happy and comfortable dealing with people at Jackson Toyota.

Staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. Mechanics always clean up the car after servicing so there is no oil/dirt on the steering wheel or door handles. They go the extra mile.
