Jackson's toyota is my dealership for life

They always make me feel welcome and explain everything in detail. They really know their stuff when it comes to Toyotas and I can honestly say I love my RAV4. This is my third Toyota and, believe me, it won't be my last.

They were nice and helpful. They also did there job as quickly and punctual as scheduled. They explained if I needed air filters or tire rotations. They are always there if you have any question about the car or the job at hand .

The Service team were friendly and helpful as usual. Excellent!! Parts were also great and very helpful. Sales on the other hand basically ignored me likely because I trading in my suit that day for a ballcap and workclothes. Paid no attention to me before handing me to a very green sales associate. Your sales team need to learn the old saying, "don't judge a book by its cover". Bill McMahon would never have done that but he's gone. I bought my new truck from you in the fall in cash and was looking at another for the family. Rethinking things now.

As I had my grandson with me they expediated getting my tires changed.

I was early for my appointment to get my tires changed as I had my 2 year old grandson with me and he usually goes down for a nap at 1 p.m., which was the time of my appointment. They changed my tires as quickly as they could to accommodate me.
