Went in for an oil change. Very knowledgeable staff. Helpful. Only issue was that I was there for an hour or more.

receptionist far too busy juggling calls / appointments - during tire change season, recommend extra staff...nobody likes to be put on hold so that the receptionist can take another call, this implies you are not a priority

I met Derek for the first time on my last visit to Jackson's. Derek was very helpful and efficient but he is also very personable. I enjoyed our conversation. He got the work done but also made me feel at comfortable. He is definitely an asset to your team!

The Toyota staff have always been informative, polite, and respectful. The work done was always explained to me before and after and they answered any questions that I may have.
