I was out on a mission and had only one day to find a new vehicle. After going to three different car lots and test driving a variety of vehicles, I must say I was getting pretty discouraged. Drove into Palladino Honda and there I met Jayson Ball. His positive, energetic attitude and knowledge of a variety of vehicles, lifted my spirits and gave me hope. Hats off to you Jay, for all your hard work, determination and last but not least, your wonderful sense of humor. I had a good time. I am now a proud owner of a Toyota Venza. Thank You Jay!

Tire pressure light kept coming on with low pressure in right front.

Nail was found and tire repaired and told tire showing some wear. Less than a week later, had same issues again and brought car in. Was looked at right away again and, without having to suggest it, the tire was replaced, as was the other front tire. This demonstrates good attention each time, and great service.
