I am on the no call list and somehow am getting calls and texts from this company. I dont even live within 4 hours of their location.

I brought my car in because a check engine sensor light had flashed a couple times. They were unable to find a reason using the computer why the light was flashing. The only answer was to drive back to the dealership the next time the light flashed but as I live 75 km away and would have to drive on a 90km/hr highway to get there it is impossible.

We usually have great service with Pallidino but this time proved different. There was no communication for days about our file. We were kept in the dark,even after numerous phone calls there was no return call. Days later we received a text with a time to chat and that time was not even met. I believe when our lease is up we will be looking elsewhere for a vehicle. Poor communication skills.
